Door 1 of 3 — Diagnose
The AI Stack Audit. We tell you what’s worth keeping, killing, and building.
We review every AI tool you pay for and every workflow that costs you time, then hand back a verdict: keep, skip, or build.
Sample cover page · 5-page report
Five concrete deliverables. No fluff.
Every line below is something physical we hand over — a page, a verdict, or a ranked candidate. If a deliverable can’t be measured, it isn’t on the list.
- 01
5-page audit PDF
Cover sheet, verdict table, top 2 build candidates, projected savings line-items, and a one-page exec summary you can forward to a partner.
- 02
Up to 10 tools reviewed
Every AI subscription on your books — ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Notion AI, Otter, Zapier, etc. — gets a keep / skip / build verdict with a one-line reason.
- 03
Up to 6 workflows mapped
We walk the workflow end-to-end: who touches it, what tools fire, where the failure cases live. Output is a hours-saved-per-week estimate per workflow.
- 04
Top 2 build candidates ranked
Of everything we mapped, which two are most worth automating. Each gets a one-paragraph scope sketch you can take to any builder — including us.
- 05
30-minute walkthrough call
We read the report with you, take questions, and tell you which next step we'd take if it were our money. No upsell pressure.
5 business days, end to end.
60-min Zoom — we map every workflow that costs you time or money. No deck.
We pull each tool's usage, cost, and overlap with the rest of your stack.
Keep / skip / build call on every tool, top 2 build candidates ranked.
30-min call. We hand over the PDF and answer everything.
Owners running a 1–25 person business who keep getting pitched AI tools and want a straight answer about which ones move the needle and which are noise.
- 5-page PDF report — tools reviewed, keep/skip/build verdict per tool
- Up to 10 tools and 6 workflows reviewed end-to-end
- Top 2 build candidates ranked by hours-saved-per-week
- Projected monthly tooling savings with line-item math
- 60-minute intake call + 30-minute walkthrough of the report
- Honest call when AI shouldn't touch a workflow yet
What this isn’t
Things the audit deliberately does not include.
- We do not build anything during the audit. No prompts, no Zaps, no integrations.
- We do not write a 12-page implementation blueprint. That's the Plan tier.
- We do not deliver a working automation. That's the Build tier.
- We do not sell you SaaS subscriptions or take vendor commissions.
- We do not chase you with a follow-up drip. You email us if you want to upgrade.
What owners actually ask before booking the audit.
What if we have no AI tools yet?
Even better. The audit becomes a green-field map: which workflows are worth touching first, which tools fit, and what to ignore. Many of our cleanest audits are with owners who've never bought an AI subscription.
What if you tell us to skip AI entirely?
About 1 in 5 audits ends with a recommendation to skip AI for now. Workflows are too low-volume, too high-stakes, or already efficient. The audit fee bought you the conversation and saved you thousands on tools you would have wasted money on.
Is the audit fee really credited to Plan or Build?
Yes — fully. If your audit was $80 and you move to Plan ($150), you pay $70 net. If you move to Build, the entire audit fee is credited toward the Build invoice. The credit applies for 90 days after the walkthrough.
Why does the price range from $40 to $120?
Stack size. Up to 5 tools and 3 workflows is $40. Up to 10 tools and 6 workflows is $120. Everything in between scales linearly. We quote the exact dollar number after a 5-minute scoping reply — there's no surprise charge.
What if I push back on a verdict?
Good — bring it. The walkthrough call is the place. We've been wrong before. If you have context we missed, we update the verdict in writing. The PDF is your record either way.
